He rose through Hilton Tashkent City from Director of Operations (2022) to CEO with full P&L and EBITDA accountability, and as Cluster F&B Director delivered a 96.3% brand-standards audit across Hilton Tashkent City and the Wyndham Bukhara pre-opening. Earlier sales, marketing and F&B leadership at Tashkent City Congress & Conference Hall complete a proven multi-brand operator.
TEMUR ZOKIROV

Mr. Zokirov is the Group's CFO, joining in April 2023 as Strategic Advisor to the CEO of TEG LLC (broader holding). He built the Group's international-expansion and capital-markets strategy and scaled its new exhibition venue from zero to USD 7 million in revenue within two years. He brings Big Four rigor from over five years at PwC, rising to Manager – resolving tax disputes and audits and advising multinationals across construction, energy, education and technology on structuring, VAT and due diligence.
